The Web Design And Development:

• The Client agrees to provide Saini Web Experts with all necessary business information, website content and satisfactory photography or imagery for use in the design or on the website.
• The Client is responsible for purchasing and obtaining a domain name.
• Due to business nature, Saini Web Experts will not be liable if your website got hacked, lost rankings or errors etc.
• The Client may cancel website design and development projects if Saini Web Experts has not started the work and won’t accept any cancellation or refund after the approval of website homepage design and concept.
• Saini Web Experts agrees to resolve any errors or implement revisions requested by the Client. A maximum of two revisions are available. Major changes in design or development won’t be done in revisions.
• Any change requests made after final approval or after the website is live will be subject to additional charges.
• Once the website is live then paid support will be provided.

The Web Hosting:

• We only provide web hosting services for websites we build for our clients. Ensuring the security of each client is always our top priority, as we try to deliver the best possible services to our large community.
• Hosting is an annual charge which must be paid in advance for the whole year.
• As we purchase hosting services from third-party providers, Saini Web Experts reserves the sole right to modify the structure of packages/plans and prices at any time. The information displayed on our website regarding prices and services is subject to change without prior notification. However, we will inform you via email at least 30 days in advance of any changes in price.
• For Late/Non-Payment: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure timely payment and renewal. If your account becomes overdue by 14 days, your site and other services will be suspended. If your account remains overdue by 30 days, your sites and data will be deleted from all our systems and your account would be terminated. We make every effort to contact you through all available means before taking any action. Before deletion, we take a backup of your website and send it to your email for your convenience.
• Our hosting services are provided on shared servers hosted by third-party providers. Saini Web Experts makes every effort to ensure the security of our systems and servers against hackers, viruses, intruders and other online and offline issues. However, we will not be held liable for any disruption of services if such situation arises.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove any portion of these terms and conditions at any time.
• Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically for changes, as continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
